ARE YOU READY TO BE DAZZLED??
Originally from Taipei, Dazzling Cafe now comes to Singapore!

With thanks to #baobaoburp, the owner of #DazzlingCafeSG is a friend of his and we had the privilege of having our reservations made which allowed us to avoid the queue. Gosh, it was an amazing experience! From the ambience, to the service, and most importantly the FOOD. (Apologies as i missed out the prices while dazzling, but honestly felt it was $$$ well spent and calories well used.)

It was something special rather than the usual Cafes where they serve western food with mandatory truffle fries or cakes, (the reason why i gave up on cafe hopping and prefer to leave my dining options open) if you get what i mean.

Royal Milk Tea, wasn't actually keen on ordering it as i presumed it would be any normal milk tea i could buy from a packet. But no i was wrong. It had a unique taste to it which words can't explain and found it was worth the try! Although the staff may recommend it to be for 1 person only, we were able to fill a good 2-3 cups.

Mentaiko Pasta, although i felt the mentaiko taste was a little different to those burnt on salmon sashimi, this was actually quite good. The sauce was not too thick, even after sweeping it all clean we still did not feel too "ge-lat". Just what i was looking for! (i've a phobia of creamy pastas due to that reason).

& yes i have a sweet tooth so personally, this was the B-E-S-T of the BEST.

Cheddar Cheese Danish Honey Toast
Done to absolute perfection, crispy on the outside and pillow soft on the inside. Not too buttery, with a good balance of saltiness from the cheese and sweetness from the honey topping. Guys, it is a MUST TRY. Simply Amazing, i was lost for words on my first bite. If you'd asked me to make a vote, it'll be the Cheddar Cheese Danish Honey Toast over any other item on the menu. Highly recommended if you're not a fan of whipped cream.

Last but not least,
Matcha with Azuki Beans Honey Toast.
Perhaps too full after stuffing my face with the Cheddar Cheese Danish Honey Toast, i found this to be rather normal? But i have to admit, they have a way with presentation. You have to experience it yourself. ;)

Additionally, do take note that #DazzlingCafeSG closes at 8pm each day. Do understand that each honey toast takes approximately 15-20 minutes to be served, also judging by the crowd, i believe they have every reason to stop the crowd 2 hours before in order to clear all pending orders.
