Hohoho, can anyone guess what this is?
If you guess Pandan Chiffon Cake, then B-U-R-P you're right! #Mamaburp has been on a baking craze this month and i'm simply loving it! She is one of the reason why i actually enjoy baking, fooling around in the kitchen and just experimenting recipes. Having a fair bit of experience in the kitchen, i tend to rely on her alot on advice and some times even step-to-step guidance. Unfortunately, schedule has been rather tight this week hence did not get a chance to enter the kitchen + mamaburp's oven just broke down the day before (sensor overheated). Well, i guess it gives me more time to figure out what my next bake will be! :P
Nonetheless ...
I have to say, after many tries of perfecting her chiffon cakes, this is one of the best i've tasted. Now i know i wouldn't have to make a trip down to Bengawan Solo to get myself one, but all i have to do is just call "MUMMY~". (Kindly ignore the hole, my fault for being too greedy and forcing the uncooled chiffon cake out of the springform mould. Oops)
(Hehe, the best part of the chiffon cake. Scraping its skin off the sides!)
If you wish to try it out yourself ... feel free! :)
