Hand Held Pizza

It all happened after a tiring week at work/school, instead of heading out for tea, we decided to whip something up instead. Popped by to the nearest supermarket on our way back to grab some ingredients and headed home straight. Well, the sun was scorching hot it was only logical to be anywhere but outdoors.

Simple, quick, easy and irresistible! You're bound to be yearning for more.

Hand Held Pizza

Preparation Time: - (Depends on how many you're making)

Cooking Time: 10 minutes (Depending on the heat of your oven)

Ingredients:

• Wanton Skin
• Tomato Sauce
• Cheddar/Mozzarella Cheese
• Ham (Any other topping of your choice)

Step 1: Spread 1 teaspoon of tomato sauce onto a wanton skin

Step 2: Sprinkle cheese

(Avoid the corners as the wanton skin may shrink depending on the ones you are using)

Step 3: Top it off with Ham or any topping of your choice (Eg. Bacon/Turkey Ham/Mushrooms/Onions etc)

Step 4: Add a little "spice" to your pizza with freshly grounded black pepper

Step 5: Pop it into the oven for approximately 10 minutes. Be sure to keep a close watch as wanton skin is fairly thin and the ends tend to burn easily. 

TADAAAA! 

There you have it, a hand held pizza (literally)! Our new favourite snack, cheap and good for tea break. Word of advice: Better to do up a few more servings cause there will bound to be room for seconds (or even more).
