A rare date this time! With our legendary GB 4th Company's MUMMYMOY. Being nicknamed that, she portrays too much of a mummy image, forever taking too good care of us, watching and providing in whatever way within her means.
& today i have the honour of having brunch with her! :>
To holland village we go! With no definite plans, we ended up in Craft Bakery & Cafe. Well, we found that it was just like any other cafe. Being there on a Friday morning allowed us to beat any crowd and hence made our visit there more enjoyable.

As per the food, we were a little disappointed for the price we had to pay.
MummyMoy ordered the Whole Nine Yards ($17.50+) which was a combination of scrambled eggs + grilled tomato + mushrooms + sausages + bacon + thick toast. It was quite alright on it's own, edible and nothing special. Found the mushrooms tasted abit weird though, like it was a different kind of mushroom from the ones that are usually used.

As for myself, i settled for the classic Eggs Benedict ($12.50+). & no, i did not crop out any portion of the meal. It was served like this with additional muffins at the bottom. On a lighter note, it was actually rather tasty, filling and satisfying judging by how starved we were. If they were to add a little more garnishing, i'm sure their dishes would go much farther. :>
